Kale or Spinash?

Kale or Spinash?

Do you kale or spinach?

Kale has been a household name for quite some time now, but not as long as its leafy green counterpart the spinach. The two are very different in texture and tastes, but have very similar and close nutritional facts – more or less, of course.

For example, a 100 grams kale has 4.3g of protein, 49 calories, 1.5mg of iron to spinach’s 2.9g of protein, 23 calories and 2.7 of iron. So it really just depends on what nutrients your body needs and craves.

Check the facts, the choice is yours.
